Responsibilities
Manage calendars, and find scheduling for meetings and calls. Develop relationships with clients, and respond to emails from them on the client’s behalf. Help with project planning and resource scheduling. Handle minor administrative tasks. Quickly notify the client of urgent customer issues.

$21.00 per hour

JOB TYPES: Part-time; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
 
KEY DUTIES:

  • Manage calendars, and find scheduling for meetings and calls.
