JOB TYPE: Monday-Friday; Flexible; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
 
ESSENTIAL TASKS:

• Recruit candidates for open positions but also have the opportunity to establish partnerships with companies.
• Identify potential growth opportunities with companies, explain the services to clients, and negotiate contract terms.
• Maintain communication with companies throughout the interviewing and hiring process.

 
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Previous recruiting or business development experience is not required.
• Willing to consistently perform a GPA outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree is preferred but is not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Highly proactive and internally driven.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Work well independently and in a team environment
• Effective negotiation skills and must be coachable.

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
 
PAY: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
