RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, or other designated systems.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with specified guidelines.
- Identify and resolve any errors, inconsistencies, or missing information in the entered data.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure proper storage and organization of data.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep up-to-date with industry-specific terminology and best practices.
- Follow established data entry procedures and adhere to quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
- Preferred: Financial Industry experience.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Proficient in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with data management systems.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high productivity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and data entry procedures is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY RANGE: $15.00-$30.00 per hour
