Professional At Home Jobs (https://professionalathomejobs.com) is now in a need for a Remote Customer Service Agent to work in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPE: Full-time
DAILY TASKS:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
- Record customer information within our customer service database.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
- Other duties as requested.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…
- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred insurance experience, which includes basic knowledge of insurance terminology, concepts and coverage.
- Familiar with computers and able to adapt to Agency Management Systems.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAYMENT: $12.00-$30.00 per hour
