JOB TYPE: Full-time
 
DAILY TASKS:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
• Record customer information within our customer service database.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
• Other duties as requested.

 
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred insurance experience, which includes basic knowledge of insurance terminology, concepts and coverage.
• Familiar with computers and able to adapt to Agency Management Systems.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
 
PAYMENT: $12.00-$30.00 per hour
