Proofreader/Labeling Specialist. Oklahoma City, OK

Professional At Home Jobs (https://professionalathomejobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Proofreader/Labeling Specialist to work virtually only in the U.S.
 
JOB TYPES: Full-time; Contract; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
 
SCOPE OF POSITION: Pharma and Consumer Labeling
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Regulatory Product Leads with proofreading of labeling content for Rx, Generic and Consumer products.
• Proofread labeling content against regulatory and company standards for consistency, compliance, copy editing, and spelling checks.
• Proofread/review labeling, and packaging component artwork. annotations/redlines and final artwork in Digital Workflow system (ELM) for approval (manual read and/or utilizing the text comparison software Text Verification Tool (TVT)).
• Other job responsibilities as needed.

 
KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Internal business functions and external partners related to the development, execution, and implementation of regulated labeling.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate and Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 1 year as a Writer/Editor is preferred. 4/+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry and regulatory experience. Applied knowledge of FDA labeling requirements.
 
TECHNICAL: Strong technology skills and abilities, especially with Microsoft Office programs and web-based programs and Text Comparison software. Ability to critically and efficiently review detailed information to support a labeling revision.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others in a positive and effective manner.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to proofread and check documents for accuracy and inconsistencies—able to do so quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
 
PAY: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
