Must follow procedures and processes but also not be afraid to ask questions.
Responsibilities
Calendar Management (for multiple departments, Legal, Meetings, Property Management, etc.). Scheduling appointments (Attorneys, Appraisals, Engineers, Mobile Notaries, etc.). Virtual Filing: Organize, coordinate, and maintain all client paperwork in our internal Dropbox™. Document Preparation: Pull clients' personal information from our internal systems and Property information from various websites Expense Processing: Transferring invoices, credit cards transactions, etc. to our account spreadsheets. Phone inquiries for research that is requested (Calls to Mortgage Lenders, Creditors, etc.). Call clients to provide weekly/monthly updates as needed.

Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is now in search for a Professional Administrative Assistant to work virtually in the U.S. only.
 
JOB TYPES: Full-time; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calendar Management (for multiple departments, Legal, Meetings, Property Management, etc.).
