JOB TYPE: Full-time
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: File patent and trademark documents at the USPTO.
- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-7 years of experience in a patent and/or trademark prosecution law firm. Excellent communication skills and will be familiar with legal forms and procedures for filing patent and trademark documents at the USPTO.
- 1 year in a Patent and/or Trademark Law Office is required.
- Experience with docketing practices including the AppColl® intellectual property management software is preferred, but is not required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY: $15.00 per hour
